ADPi Social Events
Every semester, our Director of Social Enrichment plans a variety of functions such as mixers with other organizations on campus, date parties, and formals. ADPi embraces every opportunity for a social event so that we have more reasons to spend time together and make connections! We reserve great, local venues, such as, Arizona Pete's or Kress Terrace, for our social affairs. Mallard Ball, a unique national ADPi tradition, is our semi-formal in the Fall where sisters and their dates dress in their best camouflage and celebrate the beginning of Duck Season with dancing and fun. This social function dates back to the beginning of ADPi and whether or not you're a camo fan, it's a fun way to celebrate our organization. Our Black Diamond Formal is held in the Spring, and gives sisters the opportunity to wear beautiful dresses, receive superlatives, and are provided a sit down dinner, while celebrating the memories we have had in the past school year together. Date parties are just as fun in that we dress according to particular themes such as "19ADPi" 80's theme, or Kentucky Derby (just to name a few we have had in the past). Alpha Delta Pi also loves every opportunity to mix, mingle, play laser tag, catch a baseball game, volunteer, and even go ice skating with other fraternities, sororities, or non-Greek organizations at UNCG, which is why mixers are so much fun!
